Herpes Hangout Group Statisitics

Herpes Hangout is an Australian Group Forum which has been operating for over five years, providing information, resources, references, peer support, friendship and encouragement to thousands of people learning to live with the Herpes virus.

The group has gone from strength to strength, with membership continuously growing each year. 2005 continued the trend with a massive 35% increase in membership.

2006 holds great promise, with the development of promotional resources (see the Downloads page) and the initiation of a marketing campaign designed to reach more potential members and increase herpes awareness.

The Hangout itself is a free service, however, the promo resources and advertising campaign initated in January 2006 require the generation of funds. To meet this need a virtual 'Tip Jar' has been set up where members and others can choose to 'donate' funds to meet these expenses (see the Tips page).
